hello all.

I'm 46, and in the last 10 years I became ill, disabled and then divorced. I'm hoping photography will help me fill in my time, help distract me from the boring stuff in life..

I live in Northern Ireland, and I'm a new convert to digital photography, but did a little 35mm photography in the 80's. Starting out all over again is a little daunting, but i'm looking forward to learning the tricks of this new medium. I am disabled, and although I can walk, I just don't get very far.
II have bought a Nikon D90 12.3 MP DSLR with lens, and a couple of Nikon lenses,

An AF-S VR Zoom-Nikkor 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6G IF-ED
And an AF-S DX Nikkor 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR

I also have a flash unit, and a load of bits and pieces.

I recently bought a Kata R-102 backpack. to put carry all this gear around.I was very impressed but I am looking for some additional storage.

The larger Kata R-106 backpack has two detachable side pockets that look perfect. however I cannot track them down.

Can anyone tell me the part number/ name etc for that Detachable side pocket?

i hope someone out there can help.

Hi Inspector:

As you may know, I have done several reviews on this site of Kata bags including the R-102. I think that the detachable side pouches come standard with the R-106 but I haven't seen them available separately. Check with Kata - they are pretty accommodating...

My favorite extra storage to connect to the R-102 is the T-212 torso pack. Check my reviews of the T-212 and T-214 on this site for additional info.

Best
Rob
Highly recommend the 214 torso pack, I get a body and 2 larger lenses in there as well as cleaning equipment and memory cards, batteries etc.
