I went to the market last weekend and found a lady selling a huge variety of potatoes from a Bio farm. Among all there were two I had to try... They were blue and pink!
We cooked them yesterday... I was so exited thinking they would taste delicious... as they said the taste was stronger and the consistency creamier from the regular ones...
Hmmm....I wouldn't buy them again.. they are not so delicious... but the colors were really interesting. These are two sorts of blue and one pink...
The whole experience made me think how much we relate color with taste and food...
Has anybody tried them?
