Really interesting, to be honest; I don't know how "random" a blend this was, but for me it is suggestive of a narrative like a story or novel. As such, it's as though I want to read the story that it is a part of. I think it's really neat that so many photographers use photography for such a wide multitude of purposes.

Anyway - onto the critique.
I like the way that the line of the model's hair forms an archway in the landscape. It feels as if by walking through the arch - you will be transported to some other world inhabited by hobbits, lions, wardrobes, etc. The distortion of the landscape by the second exposure accentuates that feeling. I like that.
To be honest, I did not see the model at all at first - I had to analyze the image to see what the other image was and eventually saw her. I do not really see how the model's face relates to the other photo thematically - one does not lend meaning to the other. But I like the result.
