Hi, I am a technologically handicapped senior citizen. Canon has a new update that I want to put on my 7D. I need to know how to get it on my computer from the Canon site. If I am successful with that I need to know how to get it off the computer onto a CF card with a card reader and get that info into my camera. Now as a former teacher I'm addicted to books so I have several for computers and for my camera but they never seem to cover my problems. If you can help, and please keep in mind my tech problems, I would be very grateful. Thanks, Mike
