Love the composition but would suggest the depth of field could be better as some of the outline feathers are out of focus. I wish I could get such good close ups. I would like permission to use the pic for a painting?
Mike, with pleasure. It was my intention to get eyes/beak sharp, rest look after itself. I have been working on some others taken at same time, a few look promising. Your comments appreciated. Ed.
