Hello all!! Glad to join this site and looking forward to learning from all and sharing.
I live in the midwest and started really getting into photography in fall 2012. Have been taking pics before that tho (vacation mostly). I started with a Nikon D3000 purchased in January of 2011 to have for our anniversary trip to Hawaii in June of 2011. Great place to take pics - truly a paradise!! Anyway, took a photography class at our local high school in fall of 2012 and learned about manual, aperture, shutter speed and priority settings. Have been a happily snapping away since then and trying to think of creative pics to take. Joined a local photography club in February of 2013. Recently purchased a D5200 and learning what it can do for me. Thanks.
