Hi My name is Paul (smokeyrfc)
I live in Scotland and I am very new to this I have a lumix FZ48, Living in Scotland the winter days/weeks/months we get its hard to get out and about without getting soaked to the skin.
Any tips on using this camera would be very appreciated

Welcome Paul, I don't live anywhere near Scotland, but I have a great chum who lives with his wife & family up by the wonderful city of Elgin. So we get up there about once a year. :0
Ed's the forums 'Wizard of Photoshop' with several others worth listening to as well. There is much to be learned here.
