I can't recall whether this question has been asked before, but I'm interested in what digital photograpy related software people have (a) installed on their PC and (b) regularly use?
Installed I have:-

Photoshop CS
ACDSee 5.0
PS Elements 2.0
PSP 7.0
Bibble Pro 4.0
Neat Image
Picture Shark
Maxell Create it (CD covers and labels)
Canon Photostitch

All the above get regular use apart from Paint shop pro 7.0, that usually only gets used for animated gifs.
Photoshop is the one I use all the time for Photography - just upgraded from PS7 to CS a few days ago.

I have other graphics proggies but rarely, if ever, use any of them for photo manipulation.

Those ones are

PSP7 (Anniversary edition)
XaraX (vector drawing, good for animating clipart too)
Macromedia Fireworks v2 (not used much now but good for compressing animations)

I also have one or two small proggies that run from desktop folders) they are

An EXIF viewer
Easy thumbnails
A filter simulator - rarely used but it's tiny so I leave it in the folder anyway.

I use Canon Photostitch
I have Photoshop 6. I also use MCI Photosuite 4 (a much underestimated program). I have Microsoft Picture It! 2002 (which has some neat filters and a good sharpening feature). I picked up PhotoFiltre (a freeware photo processing program which is surprisingly good). I occassionally use Panda Photo Filter 1 ( a freeware that simulated photographic filters--post processing). I have a few others I never use. I tend to use several pieces of software on a single photo--reworking a file using the best features of different programs.

PhotoSHop CS almost exclusively. I have a few other filters I use quite a bit such as Buzz Simplifier and Genuine Fractals. I also have a lot of other filters that I rarely or never use, and a bunch of actions from Adobe (which I also rarely use).
