Thanks for the welcome and for taking the time to look & comment. The link to my website provided in my introduction features images taken by my most recent camera, which is the Canon SX50. I also own the Canon SX40 and the Canon G11.

Thanks for you wonderful comments! While my cameras are point-and-shoot, perhaps there's something of value that might be applied to Dslrs, as well. This is great info Tony. I have only taken a quick look (headed out for a couple of days) but from what I have read so far it is good, clear info. I will read it more when I get back.
