Hi, my name is Alan, I'm retired and I live in Weston-Super-Mare in the UK's West Country.
my kit consists of a Nikon D800; Nikkor 50mm f1.4 Prime; Nikkor 24-120mm; Nikkor 70-300mm; Nikkor 50mm f1.4 and finally a Sigma 150-500mm
I am disabled and wheelchair bound therefore most of my images are taken from 4ft
so I am fairly limited in my camera angles. my biggest gripe is that it is difficult to use a tripod with a wheelchair...I have invested in the CamRanger wireless system which works well but it is a fiddle setting it up so you can't be that spontaneous. I have also got a neck harness monopod which works to a degree but is a bit unwieldy when using larger lenses.
I tend to use the 50mm prime lens a lot as, with the 36MP full frame, I can drill down to an small area and enlarge it without any loss of detail.
I would love to hear from any other disabled members to share experiences
