I totally agree with that! I had to shoot a video at work recently and decided to interview a couple of my colleagues - all of them were terrified, practically shaking in front of the camera. I had to talk to them for a couple of minutes before even setting it up, but once you got them in their comfort zone everything went as smooth as possible.
