Looks like an hydrangea to me.

I'm sure you are correct, Barbara.

great series of photos. the 4th one looks like a wreath of hydrangeas, it took me a minute to realize it was a bloom with a hole on top and wasn't a wreath. the first one looks like an action shot of a bee, she looks busy.
