Hello Jocko. This is a good capture of a living breathing steam train and I like the composition. I'm sure that many viewers will like it just as it is. However, these suggestions are what I would try if it were mine:
I would first reduce the magenta tint that affects mainly the foreground, then reduce the blues that look rather strong in the steam and in the sign on the right, and finally apply subtle selective increases to brightness and sharpness to bring out more shadow details. E.g. -

I went back to my original NEF, in Lightroom, and I had added some Calibration Blue Saturation as my last step. Just removing that has made a difference.
