One thing I might try would turn it into a different image:

These clouds are concocted by P/S under Filters/Render/Clouds, choose the Mix via Colour Picker, choice is unlimited! Cheers. Ed.

It's an education to see the differing treatments here. I probably go for John's original or Phillip's mono but each is appealing. And Ed big thanks for hint on cloud tint. Jeff
