A thread for any photos taken with a digital compact camera with a fixed lens - not a phone or tablet camera, not a bridge camera, not a compact system camera, not a digital SLR camera. Please state the camera used, and also include any other interesting and helpful information.

A village church

The church is in the village of Little Gaddesden in Hertfordshire. These photos were taken with a Panasonic Lumix LX100, hand-held, and with natural light. They are best viewed at the larger size (click on the image). The shots of the pulpit and the church interior made good use of the image stabilisation, allowing a shutter speed as low as 1/5 of a second! (See the exif data if interested.)
Edit: Forgot to mention - all are camera JPEGs, adjusted in PaintShop Pro X8.

Cheers.

This is taken in the 'nice little village' of South Cerney in Gloucestershire.
Taken with a Pentax Optio M20. Post on PhotoPlus X5.
Super image.
Thank you John. It's a lovely little 7.5mp camera. Although, like all these units, there is always a need to take care with the lighting as low light levels & high ISO = lots of noise. It is however, wonderfully convenient, as it slips right into a jacket pocket.

Regards.

Phil.
