Have been finding it increasingly problematic walking with my Nikon and assorted lenses. On Saturday I treated myself to something light and flexible. These two shots are my efforts with the new camera. Both are hand held.

Cheers,

Nice. My wife wants to know what rose it is. Do you know?
Sorry John T, the tag has gone awol. It was purchased from Fryers of Knutsford and is classed as a ' Patio Rose '. Try a google, you might get lucky.
Cheers,
Mike.
Thanks. Looks like July Racecourse. Ring any bells?
Super shots Mike. Ed.
Lovely shots. I've heard good things about the FZ range.
John T : Anything to do with Newmarket ?

EdMak : Another learning curve !

Derek : I am rather pleased with my purchase. It was first issued in 2012 and still sells well. I was attracted by the 24x Leica ( DC Vario - Elmarit 4,5-108mm ASPH ) lens with a constant aperture f2.8 from 25-600mm. Shoots in Raw and JPeg. WB and Exposure Bracketing. Constant Live View. It has far more manual functions than my Nikon D3300. It is also very good value, around £260 on Amazon.

Thanks for the comments guys.
Regards,
Mike.
I've heard good things about the Panasonics too. Love the tones in the Rose.
Thanks Craig.
