A few shots from Last Month....

Rafting the Merced River, these are just outside Yosemite and the river is much higher than it has been in 5-6 years.

5DIII, 1/640s, F/5.6, ISO 160, 300mm


This one was taken a few seconds after the previous one, but with my 7DII mounted on a tripod with me firing it wirelessly from the trigger velcroed under my 5DIII I was shooting with in my hands. It was about 20' downstream, aimed and prefocused on that section.

Nice set, full of action and colour! Middle one is the star of the show for me, but they're all good.

Great captures, Craig. If asked to choose I would have to go with the rafting shots. (The nearest surfer is great but it's just a pity that the second surfer isn't facing the camera.)
