Great shot, Don! The positioning of the subject(s) in the left upper area seems quite unusual to me, but it works very well. There is a tension between the dog and the lady - he wants to play, she wants to get out of the cold, and the leash shows the stress. Well done!

Just a note that I can make out a slight "halo" around the person's head...

You got me shuttertalk. That's my attempt to keep the head separated from the dark building behind it. I "dodged it."
