This is my first portrait. Do you have any comments to improve it?

It looks a little like a candid portrait, I quite like it but find it a bit too "glowy" for a male portrait. One of the rules I try and stick by with portraits is not to break the cheek with the nose meaning to have the face turned towards you enough (even if the subject still looks away) so that the tip of the nose remains within the cheek, especially if your subject has a bigger nose.

He looks like a young Bob Hope!
