Wow, I think it look great, lowepro! The bridge looks like it's glowing! I think there's sufficient detail in the rocks, so it's not too dark, IMHO.

May I ask why did you treat it B&W?

I hope you don't mind that I played a little with your picture. I think that the rocks need a little sharpening... I really don't know if it is too much what I did, but I think that some texture to the rocks is missing...
Just my opinion...

The angle of sun really played some funny tricks on the colours. The picture almost looked fake.
I like your sharpening effort on the rocks, it certainly does show off the texture much better.
Thanks for your feedback

Fantastic again Lowepro.
I like your original version (sorry Irma!). Not too dark at all for my taste and I prefer the subtle textures over the sharpened edges - I think they suit the way the light is playing on the bridge better.
I'm really struggling to find faults with it. It is a lovely image and the light gives it a heap of atmosphere.
If you had used a long shutter speed (a couple of seconds) it would have given the water a more silky appearance which might have better suited the atmosphere you create, but that's not a fault, just a different approach, and its too late now. Plus you'd need a tripod and probably ND filter or at least a polariser to be able to get a long enough exposure.
Apart from that, I think you've done a great job!

Good suggestion regarding the silky water Kombi... would have made the photo all the more surreal...
