Hey Frank... try resizing using something like IrfanView...

Ooo err... that photo might be on the borderline of appropriate... I can't really tell if the "bits" are obscured, but as a general guideline for this site - no nudity.

I'm sure the effects applied to the image help obscure things but from a different point of view, this image may be more suited to not have so many effects applied. Mind you if that is something you'd consider then some cloning might also be in order.
