I was just watching a media watch program - one that examines the mainstream media and finds discrepancies / issues / etc.
There was one article about the ABC which had used a famous photo on their "cover" of documentary program about Gallipoli (one of the most significant battles in Australian history). The problem was, the photo in question was of a British soldier, and the producers had actually photoshopped the sihlouette to change the british helmet into an Australian slouch hat.

Busted!! Apparenlty more than a few viewers picked up on it and were quite irate.
