It reminds me of that movie the Butterfly Effect, no wait thats not it. Mothman Prophecies! Scary and odd, not your picture, the movie. I can't make out what it originally was Irma which certainly makes it artistic

Few days ago was a time when a lot of examples of the same technique came to my monitor... the horizon turned vertical. Yesterday I saw a fortest picture beautifuly done in the same way, and I decided give it a try. I worked with a reflection with a lot of strips from trees, I took it in the river so it has a lot of curves, I cropped, rotated, mirrored, flipped and to my surprise a face was there. I worked with select color in PS to give this colors.
