#1. I really like the lens flare going on in the left corner. Overblown on the right, which affects the detail on the ground. There is a distracting bit on the bottom right which may benefit from cropping.
#2. What is the focus of this shot? Maybe a bit dark. Did you use a polarizer?

No. I just underexposed by one stop. That bit on the right is the sidewalk.
