Any tips on cropping or touch ups. I already removed a blemish, and some of the noise (there was a ton, shot this one all wrong, but i like the photo)

Very nice caoture - I would suggest dodging the face a bit to lighten the shadow cast by her hat. You are lucky in that the shadow does not fall half way across her face - that would be a lot harder.

I agree with what Toad says. It would be much more difficult to repair if the shadow was only covering her face half way. I really like using the shadow/highlight tool in Photoshop.
Here is my attempt adjusting the shadow at a value of 33 and set the dodge to 25%/highlight with one pass over her face.

Nice candid capture, Snownow. In terms of cropping - maybe crop a bit off the right hand side so that you just get the yellow flowers in the background, and her face is more towards the upper right quadrant (rule of thirds).

Nice shot guys. I did have a play earlier too and posted it in the test area., shadows are always such a pain in the patoot.

Next time your shooting in bright sun like this, try using your fill flash, it should help to brighten the subjects face, great shot though, she's a cutie!

Looks slightly washed out compared to the original Christian... did you calibrate that new screen?
