Very dramatic but where is the parking lot? Hard to see, perhaps the bottom bit needs to be lightened a little. :/

I feel that you have captured it well; from the picture I can sense the storm approaching, the darkness adding to that effect.
and the title is suitable too, "Parking Lot in Summer Storm" because I would have original thought "Summer storm in Parking Lot", but it works too!
