It turned out quite nicely, even tho the harsh shadows around her neck could have been avoided by using a reflector.

The photo is great. Funny you should mention harsh shadowing around her neck but I rather picked up un shadowing around her eyes beneath her brows. That is the focal point of the viewer. Easy fix.
Beautiful shot! She looks very relaxed... Compliments to the baby and the photographer!
I love the "soft" feel of the image both foreground and background - not sure if you used a softening filter or something, but it's superb!

Petographer: yes that is easier to fix in post.(didnt actually think about until i read your post) I bounced the flash off the ceiling thus the shadows.

ST:I used BW softning filter (photoshop filter) . Also used the 85mm lens @ 2.8 at minium focus distance so it helped to.
