I have been really impressed by a lot of your recent work, but this one not so much.
To my mind, the issue is lack of a clear subject. My eye is immediately drawn to the (not quite) vertical pole but that doesn't provide much interest - so my eye follows the top rail to the right and again comes up with nothing. Looking at the sky or grasslands again does not lead to a clear focal point. I then focus on the tree on the left - but it looks mostly like clutter.
Possibly a more dramatic angle might help. In this particular case, however, I think the concept is limited by the lack of an obvious focal point. Sorry to be so critical.
