Here's a shot I got from the passenger side of the van yesterday while stopped at a set of lights. Good ol' 28-200mm made it possible to get it all . I tried various things in PS but wasn't happy with anything I'd done. Anyway, I thought I'd post it untouched except for resizing for posting. Go ahead and show what your processing would be.

This is an interesting version of a grain elevator. The ones around here are huge storage towers.

Maybe that isn't what it is but is is situated by the train tracks so I assume it dumps into a grain car. I know knothing about these things. I also sits beside a feed place so maybe that's what it holds.

Here is my rendition. Fixed the perspective as much as possible given the frame constraints. Cloned in additional peices to compensate. Ran a curve over it to give it some contrast. Tiny bit of sharpening 85, 1, 4 . Bit of color correction. and then a anvil process.
Thoughts?

Looks good J. Very similar to what I had. I'll have to redo my version and get it posted. .
Jerry your try looks great!! I went for a B&W...
Colin, here is my try...
forgot to say sorry about the perspective... but I am not so good at that

Wow, Jerry and Irma, I like your renditions! Makes it look timeless!

Here's mine. I just went crazy applying different filters in Filters Unlimited and desaturated it at the end. I even put a lens flair filter in as the scene reminds me of something hot and dusty.
I'd have to say the versions I've seen so far are great.
