I love butterfly shots, however Don, I'm sorry to say that is just a black and red splotch. Your post processing has removed any detail or texture it might of had.

What I should of added to the first reply is that I do think the background light and colors work very well in this, maybe use a layer to keep the butterfly natural and alter the background?

There was no detail in the butterfly. This is a wide angle lens, substantilly cropped. I went for a decorative effect and had to use fancy curves to get the butterfly light enough to get it out of shadow.
