I want a slave flash module, which ignores preflash. Anyone? :/

When you say "slave flash module" do you mean a flashgun with built-in slave trigger, or do you simply want the slave trigger? If the former, have you considered the overpriced Canon ST-E2 and some EX flashes? If the latter, what type of lights are you using?

Have you considered Pocket Wizards or some other type of RF device?

How about a simple pc cord run directly to the external flash (preferably with a voltage regulator in between)?

What are you trying to do?
