A few weekends ago my family and I took a visit to a pumpkin farm about a half hour from our house. I looked over some of the pictures I took and just wanted to show you guys some of the better ones and just wanted to know your thoughts on them:

Hi there! I love pumpkins, and I think some of these have great potential... they tell a nice story.

My favourites are #2, and the last one. I would have loved to see a close up of the multicoloured corn in the first pic.

Thanks for sharing by the way...
I was looking through a few pictures that I took at the same farm two years ago and I found one of my favorite pictures that I've ever taken:

Big Grin Oinkers!

I would really like to have seen a macro of ther multi-coloured corn in the first shot. As for the rest, as ST said they certainly have potential. But to tell you the truth, giving critique on so many images at once is difficult. However they all seem to lack the same thing. Composure. May I suggest taken many shots from many different angles. Choose your best. Smile
I like #3 and #4. I love the red barn!
I agree with colin, the first shot would be great close up.
I think a different time of day would lend more dramatic results here, as overall the lighting looks quite harsh which is typical during the middle of the day.

What are you shooting with BTW?
My fave's the first; would suggest boosting contrast and saturation to bring out colours...maybe cropping out the grass and some of the corn tops would work?
Thanks for the comments everyone! I'm using a Kodak DX 3600.

Also thank you Zig for the suggestion. I've been seeing what changing the saturation and contrast can really do to a picture. It really makes it look ten times better and really brings out the colors.
