@ST: Yes it's in my backyard. It's very difficult to get close enough to birds in winter, so we started feeding them.

@Toad: No I don't think so. While the tits just come to the feeder, get a seed and go back again to a nearby tree to eat it there, this breed of bird (not sure what it's called) behaves differently. They sit in the feeder and eat until they are full, while the others of the flock have to wait. Sometimes they get impatient...
