When we go to this place in Moelln, I always take a lot of bird pictures. Most of them are rubbish, usually. And all the time there are real beauties present, posing patiently, waiting for their picture to be taken. I'm not talking about street-girls. I'm talking about heavy machinery, where form is defined by function. One day I will go there and dedicate a whole shooting session to these wonderful "objets d'art". Smile

Your processing here is very good. The tilt definitely adds to the composition. Good work G.
I always like this kind of thing and this one is no exception. I really love the blue wooden base and the orangy tread type thingy in the foreground.
Great punchy colors and great composition. Nice work. Id really love to see some more of those metal beast.

Thanx for sharing.

I love the way you abstracted this with cropping and tilting it. My wife and I were both impressed. How come your earth movers are so clean?
Thanks!

Don, I don't think they move a lot of earth. They are placed at the bank of the lake, possibly to load and unload barks. The area has an agricultural feel, there is a big store and some other industrial buildings. I've been there only in the weekend, and it always looked abandoned. I've no idea if they still work with this machinery.

Besides, it's been raining. Smile
