Hey this is nice. Beautiful scenery, clouds and ocean in the background, boats, jetty and cafe building in the foreground.
I see you've done well with the rule of thirds - the horizon is well placed and there are points of interest in the top corners. The jetty adds a nice leading line into the distance as well.
Maybe some suggestions - cropping further in from the bottom and the left - to eliminate the bushes, shadow and window ledge that are sticking into the picture, but don't really add much value. Apart from that, keep it up!

Yes, I will try some sunset shots, at the moment would like to photograph the marina at Nelson Bay at night, have been looking for vantage points last few days, am unsure where to get the best shot, might have to row a bit from the shore (grin)
