Looks pretty natural to me, actually...
Good job!

Looks good. It does look like it suffers from web sizing (pixelated) a little but thats it.

This is a charming portrait. I think it is mostly the pretty model.

The composition is lovely, but I think the face is too smooth - especially around the left (our left) eye. Absence of any shadow/lines at all is a give away for post processing. You have achieved this on the right eye much better as there appears to be a hint of detail under the eye.
This amount of post processing might suit a magazine cover - but looks a little out of place in this relaxed pose in the forrest.
I also feel the white balance is not quite right. I would prefer a warmer picture (as it is shot in shade) and slightly less red in her face.
Cheers,
Chris

The processing doesn't look overdone to me at all, from a quick glance.
I would like to see the original some day, to compare this to.
It's a shame that her hair grew out so much since the last coloring appointment that the roots are a big distraction for me.

I agree with Chris the skin is a little too smooth. I would like to see another version with a little more original detail in the skin to make it look a more natural. Your post processing skills are clearly good but its always a matter of opinion how far to take it. I didn't notice the hair until Keith pointed it.

hehehe I didn't notice the hair roots either... must be a guy thing. Thanks for the comments thus far... appreciate it. The photo was taken on a bright sunny day, but under the shade of the forest. Pixelation was caused by the resize; this doesn't appear in the full size image. I did like the suggestion about warming the overall image a bit. The model's only complaint was her lips weren't saturated enough (my words not hers). I did boost the redness in the lips on one of her images, but opted for the natural lip color instead. Gotta give her the credit though... we took over 70 shots and only a couple were duds. Overall, she was happy with the results.

Hi Trelane!
I like the composition of your picuture and the pose of your subject. On my screen, the pictures looks blue-ish, so I agree the white balance looks a bit off.
I also agree with Chris on the skin issue, at first glance, I can't quite tell if she was wearing a lot of make up, or if it was slightly overdone postprocessing. the area above her upper lip looks particularly bad to me.
Do you mind showing the original?
