A bit of welly = much effort = elbow grease = hard graft.
Hope this helps.
I had a lot of trouble with the American language, when I was backing an American country singer on tour in England. GB.

great capture!
I can't help wishing you had framed it a bit further to the left, so as not to cut his head of...
but the light is fantastic!

Zig - I really like the dynamics of this shot. You have really captured the moment.

Thanks all, and to NT for providing translation!
uli: good point...and I did have more than enough of the image to completely get his head in.
I finally decided to crop this way for 2 reasons: it strengthened the "lines" along which I wanted folks' eyes to travel around the image; also, I wanted to imply that the stone itself rather than the person was the "living subject"(hence the lines converging to it). Additionally, that's why I burnt out a bit of facial detail, in other words to focus the viewer on the stone as the key "subject".
(btw Chris: I hope prising back the 5D from kombi wasn't too difficult!)

Very nice environmental portrait, Ziggy!
I like the background - did you dodge it out?
It's awesome how you've captured the action (bits flying) and yet his face is still tack sharp. Nice!
