I've had to sharpen this up a lot unfortunately and I think it shows, but otherwise what do you think please?

I don't honestly know exactly what the various settings for sharpening do, so I just fiddled until I got the best result I could. I don't like doing things that way but it's in my list of things to read up on.

Doesn't like oversharpened to me, looks fine
