âIt seems essential, in relationships and all tasks, that we concentrate only on what is most significant and important.â
-Soren Kierkegaard
For this assignment, concentrate your attention on photographs that capture or demonstrate the essence or existence of a relationship. Remember that relationships can be between people, places, things, and ideas, or any combination of them. Be creative and innovative.
I'm always interested in new photos, so look at the world with your current eyes and show us what you see. Classic or exceptional images that fit the theme are also welcome, but take some new photos, too.
I love how comfortable these guys are in each other's presence - particulalry when they are in a situation obviously alien to them.
I have a new a couple of new ones to put up, but I immediately thought of these shots when I saw the challenge theme;
This is my favorite subject matter, so you are going to get a few from me
another great as signment, with some great shots already.
Matt I like "they're coming" I think you could have put this one into neg sapce as well. the camera at the top adds to the shot, I would have liked to see it more into the pic........any room for another crop?
Schell, both of these work for me........good capture of the moments.
any way i have this one from the other day and thought of this PA.
what she says!
All great so far, I really need to get my act together and make time to go shoot some pictures!
obviously this is from the archives
This one I took last week in port macquarie
Russt, thanks, but the corner with the camera in it is the edge of the original frame. I generally frame tightly, and put the camera where I wanted the finished corner to be. I know - I think I'm shooting film.
An archive shot of my own:

A temporary relationship, as in girl climbs onstage and gets frisky, then leaves before the end of the show.
Instant photos past and present
This one caught my eye and appealed to me because of the S shaped shadow of the S shape. I s-suppose some might call it a S-shadowy reladionship. oooooer!

Awwww that's delightful. I love it!
I confess I've rotated in PS because I wanted to have a proper look at the faces of both dogs.... and aren't they really,
really sweet. Lovely 'doggie' shot.

Thanks, Polly.
The one on the right (Lucy) was holding onto her owner's brassiere and leaning back as far as she could, reason unknown unless it was just to be cute.
She and Gracie have countless very odd behaviours that make each visit a photo-op.
This is a new girl assisting the falconer in the flight show. Last time I was there she was so happy and proud of having this eagle owl with her all the time. I think her face tells a lot.
Forgot to add this one ...
It was a very cold morning. I loved the scene when I saw it.
I really like that last picture Irma.
My future sister-in-law and her son.
Thanks Chris...
