I ventured out to catch the wind... The butterfly held on for dear life. 
This was taken at 135mm, f22, 1/3sec, ISO 100 with camera flash on 2nd curtain, handheld. PP was quite simple, duplicate layer, find edges, contrast the edges and set blending mode to color burn.
The picture should convey the impression of wind or even storm, which was actually what we had. Can you feel the storm?
