Lucy - I really like the focus on the eye in this picture. The lighting is also nice.
Perhaps just shifting the camera to the right slightly to allow for the eye to be in a true rule of thirds position would make it perfect.

When I was taking the photo, I was not sure about the lighting. But I quite liked it when I viewed it on my PC.
Wedding Shooter, I will definately think about the rule of third the next time I take photos.
