The Feistein Lighthouse at Jæren, outside Stavanger at the western parts of Norway. Photographed during the blue hour right after the sun has set.

I agree with Toad, nice use of shutter speed. I think this would also look good cropping a big part of the sky giving it a more of a panoramic look.
