Yes its been a few months since the last time, so today we took a walk and snapped some shots just for fun.
Here is a few.
D2x+85mm/1,4 D, lastolite reflector.
C&C welcome as always.

These all seem like you have softened them slightly - as people sometimes do for female portraits. The effect works very well here. My favorite would be #2 - as I am partial to the langorous (sp?) pose... #4 also feels very genuine.
lovely informal portraits. You guys must be so young!
Thanx Guys.
Toad:Yes i softned the skin just a little, the image is shot in raw with 0 in camera sharpening. Then i applied usm 100%,0,2 on the eyes only.
Don: Yes i guess we are quite young for having 3 kids.

get a lock and key? What's that about?
She is beautiful. You are lucky to have a wife willing to pose... No. 1 is my favourite.
Thanx
NT73:Yes they will...:lol
Colin:all of the shoots where taken outdoors, but some of them where taken in a tunnel, to get some highlights on her face, and to get a darker background. And some in the doorway of a trashed ticket booth.
Shane:Thanx, ill pass along the compliment to her. Well she isnt to keen to be posing, but she is a good sport to help me.

Although she was really pleased with alot of the imgages yesterday. That dont happen to often.
Thanx for looking.

Gosh she's gorgeous, I love her skin, its so 'dewy'!
Wasn't quite sure what I'd be getting when I opened this thread LOL
All really nice Paul - you have done your usual professional work with touch of intimacy.
beautiflul Paul, both the shots and your model. I really like the lighting and the minimal pp gives a nice natural quality.
I like your title.....was not sure what to expect :o still I opened it :o

Shell:Yes, i probebly need to tell her that a little more
![Tongue Tongue](https://www.shuttertalk.com/forums/images/smilies/tongue.gif)
As mentioned i did soften the skin just a tad, but i belive the reflecor hepled aswell, making the shadows very subtle.
Chris:Thanx, She was quite pleased with them, and so was I.
Russ:Yes the pp was my usual workflow:
resized, converted to lab, few adjustment to all the channels to increase saturation and contrast., smart sharpen applied to the lightness channel (eyes only on these) converted to srgb applied a softning filter (to the skin only). done.
Sorry to get your hopes up folks (by the title) but me in hotpants is for the wife only..
Thanx for looking.

Nice Job on these Paul ,
I like # 2 best . She looks very realaxed in front of the camera . well done.
..... Shawn
Seems all natural light, Very nicely exposed and the light well controlled. Good job! I wish I had a willing model. My wife claims that she is not photogenic! :/ I showed her these photos and she said your lady looks about 22.

Congrats to your entire family, You must have a lot going for you!
Shawn:Thanx, yes no.2 is my favourite aswell.
Janika:Yes natural light and a relector. thanx for the kind words.

G'day Paul, a quick ? your set up with the reflector, is it just placed on the ground?
Hi Russ, Sofia is holding the reflector in all the shots shown here, thats why you dont see any full body shots.
![Big Grin Big Grin](https://www.shuttertalk.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Since these where just a few informal snaps, i didnt bring any stand and holder for it.
/Paul L.
OK i have another question on the reflector
![Big Grin Big Grin](https://www.shuttertalk.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
. Is it a 5 in 1 ? if so what color did you reflect . Looks like you used the/a gold color . As is said earlier i like these, and want to do some outdoors shots ( acually i have 1 on sunday
![Big Grin Big Grin](https://www.shuttertalk.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
) ,. Just currious about the setup .
Thanks in advance .......... Shawn
Hi Shawn! The reflector used was a lastolite 95cm silver/white, i used the silver side in most i belive. The warm tone is achived by measuring the wb, cloudy overcast.
Cool, please share your results.
/Paul L.
will do and thanks for the info ....
