Cropped to remove a sandbar from the bottom of the image.
Auto contrast and colour via Picasa2.
I think it needs a bit more room at the bottom.
I like it - maybe just clone some water along the bottom to give it the same room as the sky above the parasail.

I would like to see more at the bottom too. Did the sandbar look distracting? Can it be cloned out instead of cropped. This is a hard one to compose due to the big distance between the surfer and the kite...
The crop feels a bit tight to me. This is funny for me to say as I almost almost suggest cropping tighter. In this particular case though - given the dynamics of the scene, I would like to see a little more room for the subjects to "move".
