Please tell me what yall think about this one ....... Shawn
I like how you have composed this one Shawn - I would like to be able to read to top of the headstone though - that may just be the age and erosion of the headstone I guess. Maybe tweaking the contrast would help.

I like the subject focus on this one, Drake. You have now moved into the details of the grave - and the photo seems less overwealmed by the setting. I like it, and this one says something about the subject.

You would think that graveyards would be easy - wouldn't you?
I'm with Smarti on this. I am trying to get a good shot of a flat stone but may have to wait for a certain light, to get to be able to read it. Like when shadows are falling across the lettering. I haven't any artificial lights, so I have to wait for the natural daylight.
Thanks Shane , Toad , and NT73 ,

I will try a little bit more contrast to see if i can get a little bit more detail in the lettering . This is all trial and error for me . Wink

I think thats a understatement.I thought that i would just be able to get a few good ones. I shot nearly 60 different pics . And i really like a lot of them to be honset . But i would have never thought it would be this difficult . Just another thing to work on LOL . I love a challenge .
