There are no words for what it feels like to watch an eagle flying from a close distance. This is a one year old Bald Eagle, his head will get white only at the age of five or six, so the falconer said.

For the last one, here are links to the large and the original size. BTW this is not an attack, it's the regular touch down procedure. I admire the falconer who offered his arm - I'm not sure if I would have the nerve.

The arm of the falconer was cloned out in the last shot, it distracted from the eagle. I have a question: What to do with the background? I darkened it to make the talons stand out more, but I'm not sure if a light background wouldn't be better...

Thanks for looking!
First let me say i love them all !!! And 3 is my favorite out of them. I dont know if a lighter BG would be better . I think the dark works very well !!! Very nice ...

I don't believe you. Hes not 'touching down' - Hes about to rip the 'falconer's' arm off. Very impressive.
Its the sharpness of these shots that I am amazed by.

My only other suggestion with the background would be to partially desaturate the green.
Very nice G. I love #1, but now try it with a sparrow.Big Grin
Fantastic images G. Bad eagles are very common here. Unfortunately people don't get to see them as you did here. Well done.
Thanks a lot! Smile

He looks huge, how scary!

Nice work, I like all of them.
