Its a very nice effect, Drake. I am no expert at flower shots (everybody does them better than me), but it looks really good from where I am standing...

To me it works and the thing I like the most is that little greenish petal in the core of the rose... so sweet detail...

I like the results of this one . But like i said earlier this is just a " play " shot and now i know what to look for i think i am going to be lookin for another rose thats in better shape. LOL
