Check out this cool Optimus-103 keyboard (via XP media centre forums), with a OLED display on top of every key. This way, the application can control what is displayed on each key, which is especially useful for hotkeys, shortcuts and such.

I think it's a concept at this stage, but they're looking at general availability sometime in 2007...
