Oooh, tilt shift lens! Nice. Only think I can think of is possibly more contrast.

When you say "Photoshop effects" do you mean the one where you make something real look like a miniature or model?
That was my thoughts at first.
The hotel just short of top middle looks like a bit out of my valve amplifier.

Yes it was one of those tutorials, I took it a bit further by doing the duotoning as well.
