I can't believe that that little sweet kitty did that... he looks so helpless...

Tis the way of nature....

When we arrived at the scene of the crime, a black pussy cat was gnawing at the neck bit. It did a runner to the bushes at the side of the pathway. There was another black kitty lurking as well and then I spotted sweet little innocent? I can't really imagine it was just looking on. As Toad says ' that's nature'.
Strangely enough being a zoo there was plenty of food lying about for the animals, and the cats could have a field day if they wanted, but it's in their nature to chase birds & mice.

You are right. Lucky has plenty of food at home, and still she goes out to hunt little birds and mice.
